摘要

目的探讨提高糖尿病肾病血液透析患者生活质量的护理措施。方法选择164例糖尿病肾病患者,按照治疗时间的先后分为观察组和对照组,各82例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理。结果观察组焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病血液透析患者实施综合护理,可提高其生活质量。
        Objective To explore the nursing measures to improve the quality of life of patients with diabetic nephropathy undergoing hemodialysis. Methods 164 patients with diabetic nephropathy were divided into observation group(82 cases) and control group(82 cases) according to the treatment time. The control group was given routine nursing, the others given comprehensive nursing. Results The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in others, and the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in others(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can improve the quality of life of patients with diabetic nephropathy undergoing hemodialysis.
