协同护理模式在老年COPD患者中的应用效果分析

摘要
目的探讨协同护理模式在老年COPD患者中的应用效果。方法选取在我院就诊的82例老年COPD患者,随机分为观察组(协同护理模式,n=41)和对照组(常规护理,n=41)。对比两组临床疗效。结果护理后观察组肺功能指标均显著升高(P <0.05)。观察组自我护理能力均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论协同护理模式在老年COPD患者中应用效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of collaborative nursing mode in elderly patients with COPD. Methods 82 elderly COPD patients in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group(collaborative nursing mode, n=41)and control group(routine nursing, n=41). The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After the nursing, the lung function index of the observation group was significantly increased(P <0.05). The self-care ability of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The collaborative nursing mode has significant effect in elderly COPD patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
