摘要
目的:观察和分析负重超等长训练对击剑运动员下肢爆发力的影响。方法:以江苏省击剑队12名运动员为实验观察对象,所选对象均为右手击剑;将其进行随机分组,实验组及对照组各6名运动员,实验组运动员采取负重超等长训练,对照组运动员则采取传统负重肌力训练,对比两组运动员下肢爆发力情况。结果:实验组肌力测试中,膝关节屈肌、伸肌在训练后峰值分别为114.5±25.6、183.6±43.6,下蹲跳Pmax为276.8±73.2;对照组肌力测试中,膝关节屈肌、伸肌在训练后峰值分别为111.2±22.7、174.7±41.2,下蹲跳Pmax为254.3±60.1。两组结果对比,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:击剑运动员进行负重超等长训练,能够有效提升其下肢爆发力,尤其在提升运动员膝关节伸展的快速力量以及屈伸力量效果显著,因此可考虑在击剑运动员训练当中使用该训练方法。
        Objective: To observe and analyze the influence of weighted plyometric training on the power of lower body. Methods: A total of 12 players from Jiangsu provincial fencing team were selected as experimental subjects.All selected subjects were right-handed. The players were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The athletes of experimental group took plyometric training and the control group Athletes took traditional weight training. The lower body power is compared. Results: In the experimental group,the peak value of flexors and extensors of the knees were 114. 5 ± 25. 6 and 183. 6 ± 43. 6 respectively after training,and the Pmax of squat was 276. 8 ± 73. 2. In the control group,flexors,the extensor muscle peak values after training were 111. 2± 22. 7 and 174. 7 ± 41. 2 respectively,and the squat jump Pmax was 254. 3 ± 60. 1. The difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusions: The execution of plyometric training can effectively enhance the power of lower body,especially in improving the quick strength and flexion-extension strength of knees. Therefore,this training method can be used in the training of fencing players.
