摘要
"互联网+"背景下的知识系统有别于传统的知识系统,它具有超网络特性。超网络知识系统是指在"互联网+"背景下,由知识网络、社会网络、供应链网络及其相互作用关系所构成的超级网络。其构成要素包括知识元、知识守门员、知识产品、节点、关系和网络,经过了裂变、成链、成超网三个形成阶段,具有结构多层性、元素集成性、系统动态性、地理跨域性和决策多目标性的五大特征。从知识活动视角看,超网络知识系统的运行演化过程包括选择性连接、知识交互和知识增长三个阶段,不同阶段具有各自运行机制。
The knowledge system under the background of"Internet+"is different from the traditional knowledge system.It has the characteristics of super-network.The super-network knowledge system refers to the super network composed of knowledge network,social network,supply chain network and three sub networks under the background of"Internet+".Its constituent elements include knowledge elements,knowledge goalkeepers,knowledge products,nodes,relationships and networks.The establishment of the super-network knowledge system has gone through three stages:fission,chain formation and super-network formation.And it has five characteristics:multi-level structure,element integration,system dynamics,geographical cross-region and multi-objective decision-making.From the perspective of knowledge activities,the operation and evolution process of super-network knowledge system includes three stages:selective connection,knowledge interaction and knowledge growth.Each stage has its own operation mechanism.
