精神病超高危人群及精神分裂症一级亲属的认知功能研究

摘要
目的研究精神病超高危人群及精神分裂症一级亲属的认知功能。方法选取精神病超高危人群30例、精神分裂症一级亲属30例、健康者30名作为研究对象,均利用相同量表进行认知功能评定,比较结果。结果超高危组连线测验、BVMT-R,一级亲属组连线测验和健康组差异不大,其他指标均低于健康组;超高危组GRDS+APSS、GRDS患者认知功能指标测定结果均没有统计学差异。结论精神病超高危人群、精神分裂症一级亲属认知功能损害均比较明显,精神病超高危人群的信息处理速度更差。
        Objective To study on the cognitive function of psychiatric super high risk group and first-degree relatives of schizophrenia. Methods 30 cases of psychiatric super high-risk first-degree relatives of schizophrenia in 30 cases and 30 controls were the same as the research object,using the scale for the assessment of cognitive function,Results of comparison.Ultra high risk group connection test,BVMT-R, first-degree relatives and healthy group connection test groups had little difference, other indicators are lower than the healthy group; ultra high risk group GRDS+APSS,there was no significant difference between the determination results of the cognitive function of the patients with GRDS index. Conclusion Psychosis super high-risk schizophrenia The cognitive impairment of the first degree relatives of the cleft disease is more obvious, and the rate of information processing is worse in the people with super high risk.
