摘要
将φ6.5 mm的60钢盘条经表面处理后冷拉拔成φ1.8 mm的半成品钢丝,分别采用直接冷轧三连轧和先经过连续炉750℃去应力退火后再冷轧三连轧的两种工艺得到截面尺寸为0.75 mm×3.15 mm与0.65 mm×3.47 mm的扁丝,然后经油淬火回火制得成品。通过力学性能测试和金相组织观察,分析了采用两种工艺制备一定尺寸范围内扁丝的可能性。结果表明:制备工艺选择750℃去应力退火后冷轧三连轧再油淬火回火。
        The 60 steel wire rod of φ6.5 mm after surface treatment was cold-drawn into semi-finished steel wire of φ1.8 mm. The flat filaments with cross section sizes of 0.75 mm×3.15 mm and 0.65 mm×3.47 mm were obtained respectively by using three-stand continuous cold rolling and three-stand continuous cold rolling after stress-relief annealing at 750 ℃ in continuous furnace. And then,after oil-quenching and tempering, the finished product can be made. By means of mechanical properties test and metallographic observation, the possibility of preparing the flat wire in a certain size range by the two processes was analyzed. The results show that the preparation process is stress-relief annealing at 750 ℃, three-stand continuous cold rolling, and oil quenching and tempering.
