摘要
为了探究青藏高原地区独特的气候条件下青大1号紫花苜蓿新品系低温胁迫下组织显微结构变化,试验通过显微结构观测,探索冷胁迫下青大1号紫花苜蓿新品系越冬芽组织结构变化情况。结果表明:随着胁迫时间的逐渐延长,新品系紫花苜蓿越冬芽组织结构越发紊乱,外表皮出现破裂现象,部分细胞壁结构出现明显变形;在-20℃处理24 h,部分紫花苜蓿越冬芽组织细胞核及细胞器即出现解离现象。
        The aim of this experiment was to explore the effect of low temperature stress on tissue microstructural changes of the new line Qingda No.1 Alfalfa under the special climate conditions in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau area. The observation method of microstructure was employed in this experiment to research bud tissue structural changes of the new line Qingda No.1 Alfalfa under low temperature stress. The results indicated that the more cold stress time increased,the more disordered tissue microstructure of overwintering bud of the new line Alfalfa got. Outer skin happened to fracture phenomena and obvious distortion was found in the structure of partial cell walls. After a 24 h treatment at-20 ℃,dissociation phenomena appeared in the cell nucleus and other organelles of part of overwintering bud of Alfalfa.
