摘要
龙胆越冬芽的数量和发育状况决定翌年地上植株的生长发育,进而影响根系生长和产量,而越冬芽形成受植物内源激素调控。采用HPLC-MS/MS法测定了龙胆越冬芽发育各时期的内源激素含量,并阐明了各种内源激素对龙胆越冬芽形成的作用及作用时期。通过施用氮肥和外源激素,考察其对龙胆越冬芽形成的影响。结果表明:在龙胆越冬芽未形成和形成初期施以氮肥及外源激素,可以有效地促进越冬芽形成,增加越冬芽数量。
        The number and development of overwintering buds in Gentiana scabra determine the growth and development of aboveground plants in the following year,and then affect the growth and yield of the roots,while the overwintering bud formation is regulated by endogenous hormones. In this study,HPLC-MS/MS method was used to determine the content of endogenous hormones during different development stages of overwintering buds,and the effects of various endogenous hormones on the formation of overwintering buds and their corresponding stages were analyzed and explained. The effects of nitrogen fertilizer and exogenous hormones on the number of overwintering buds were investigated. The results showed that nitrogen and exogenous hormones could effectively increase the number of overwintering buds during the stage before overwintering bud formation and the early stage of overwintering bud formation.
