摘要
足踝部创伤临床种类繁多,常见的创伤类型主要包括踝关节骨折、Pilon骨折、距骨骨折、跟骨骨折、中足骨折脱位及跟腱断裂等,结合丰富的影像学辅助检查和临床查体,明确诊断并不困难。解剖复位、坚强内固定、早期功能锻炼是足踝部创伤的治疗原则,但在具体固定方式、手术时机、康复训练等方面仍存在许多争议,本文回顾分析了近30年足踝部创伤相关文献,并分别对目前存在争议的部分进行阐述。
        There are many types of foot and ankle trauma clinically. Commonly, there are ankle fractures, Pilon fractures, talus fractures, calcaneal fractures, mid foot fractures and dislocations, and Achilles tendon ruptures. Diagnosis is easy with radiography and physical examination. The principles of the treatment of foot and ankle trauma are anatomic reduction, strong internal fixation, and early functional exercise. However, there are still many controversies in terms of specific fixation methods, fixed time, and functional exercises. This article reviews the literature on foot and ankle trauma in recent 30 years, and elaborate on the parts that are still in dispute.
