摘要

目的:探讨微型钢板治疗掌指骨(跖趾骨)骨折的效果。方法:收治有代表性的掌指骨骨折患者27例,采用微型钢板治疗,观察效果。结果:切口均Ⅰ期愈合,关节活动度优良率85.1%,关节功能良好。结论:微型钢板治疗掌指骨(跖趾骨)骨折,牢固稳定,并发症少,最大限度地保护了关节功能。
        Objective:To investigate the effect of domestic mini-plate in the treatment ofmetacarpal and phalanx fractures.Methods:27 patients with representative metacarpal and phalangeal fractures were selected,they were treated with mini-plate,we observed the effect.Results:All the incisions healed by first intention,the excellent and good rate of joint mobility was 85.1%,and the joint function was good.Conclusion:The mini-plate used to treat the metacarpal and phalanx bone fractures,it is firm and stable with few complications and maximizes the protection of joint function.
