风险分级管理在康复科患者跌倒护理管理效果的影响

摘要
目的该实验主要探讨跌倒风险分级管理在康复科患者护理管理中的应用效果。方法 2015年2月—2017年6月对该社区112例康复科患者进行分组。对照组56例患者采用常规护理干预;实验组56例患者采用跌倒风险分级管理,对比两组患者跌倒知识掌握情况、跌倒事件发生率以及两组患者的护理满意度。结果护理后,实验组患者跌倒知识掌握情况与跌倒事件发生率均优于对照组;且实验组患者的护理满意度为96.43%,远高于对照组的73.21%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论跌倒风险分级管理在康复科患者的护理中具有良好的临床效果,值得推广。
Objective This experiment mainly discusses the application effect of falling risk classification management in patient care management in rehabilitation department. Methods 112 rehabilitation patients in the community were from February 2015 to June 2017 grouped. 56 patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing interventions; 56 patients in the experimental group were managed by falling risk grading, and compared their knowledge of falls, their incidence of falls, and their satisfaction with care. Results After nursing, the knowledge of falls and the incidence of falls in the experimental group were better than those in the control group; and the satisfaction rate of the patients in the experimental group was 96.43%, which was much higher than the 73.21% in the control group. The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The fall risk classification management has a good clinical effect in the care of patients in the rehabilitation department and is worthy of promotion.
