国家经济安全视野下的宋教仁经济思想

摘要
近代以来,列强对华经济侵略不断加深,严重威胁了中国的国家经济安全。宋教仁对国际形势的深入研究使其经济思想有很强的现实性和实践性。其维护国家经济安全的思想主要体现在均势外债和利用外资的思想、实业救国思想、农业发展思想等。为维护国家经济安全,宋教仁不断揭露列强对华经济侵略和政府出卖国家利权的行径,制定一系列维护国家经济安全的政策法规并身体力行维护国家经济安全。宋教仁维护国家经济安全的思想对当今中国经济发展也具有重要的启发和现实意义。
Since modern times, the economic aggression of the great powers against China has continued to deepen, seriously threatening China's national economic security. Song Jiaoren's in-depth study of the international situation has made his economic thoughts very practical and practical. Its idea of maintaining national economic security is mainly reflected in the idea of balancing foreign debt and utilizing foreign capital the idea of saving the country by industry and thought on agricultural development. In order to safeguard the country's economic security, Song Jiaoren constantly exposed the economic aggression of the great powers against China and the government's sale of state interests, formulated a series of policies and regulations to safeguard the country's economic security, and practiced the maintenance of national economic security. Song Jiaoren's idea of safeguarding national economic security is also of great inspiration and practical significance to the economic development of China today.
