摘要
在阐述泰州地区既有铁路、客流出行特点的基础上,研究泰州地区内的客运系统布局,推荐采用"一普一高"2个客运站布局方案。针对新设高速铁路客运站的站位选择,从综合交通衔接、公共服务能力及相关线路引入条件等方面比选提出白马镇站位方案;再综合比选新设高速铁路客运站车场布置形式的各个方案,推荐采用盐泰锡常宜车场落地、北沿江车场高架方案。最后,结合泰州地区内跨线车流特点,从联络线长度、跨线车及始发终到车作业、拆迁量等方面综合比选联络线布置形式,最终推荐采用联络线集中设置于泰州南站东南象限方案。
        On the basis of expounding the general situation of existing railways and passenger flow characteristics in Taizhou area, we study the passenger transport system in Taizhou area and suggest that the railway hub could apply one common-speed and one high-speed stations layout. Aiming at the station position selection of the new high-speed railway passenger station, this paper puts forward the Baima Town station location scheme from the aspects of the connection of comprehensive traffic, the capacity of public service and the conditions of introducing related lines. In addition, through comprehensively comparing and selecting various schemes of the new highspeed rail passenger station layouts, this paper recommends Yancheng-Taizhou-Wuxi-ChangzhouYixing railway yard landing and North river-side railway yard elevated scheme. Combining with characteristics of cross-line traffic flows in Taizhou, the paper comprehensively compares and selects of liaison line layout from the aspects of the length of liaison line, the cross-line vehicles, the originating and final train operations, and the amount of demolition, then recommends liaison line centralized in the southeast quadrant of Taizhou South Railway Station.
