摘要
为满足军用多机并联方舱电站的国家军用标准中有关散热、噪声和排放要求,提出了一种散热、降噪和减排的综合性设计方案.该方案采取方舱散热、风机降噪处理方舱内部的隔声、吸声,以及对油机尾气的治理等多项技术,经过实际产品的测试,所设计的某军用电站的噪声、减排指标达到了设计要求.
This paper proposes a comprehensive design scheme for noise reduction, heat dissipation and emission reduction to meet the requirements of noise, heat dissipation and emission in the national military standards for military multi-machine parallel cabin power stations. The proposed scheme adopts such technologies as shelter cooling, fan noise reduction processing the sound insulation and sound absorption inside the shelter, as well as the treatment of oil engine exhaust and so on. The actual product testing shows that the designed noise and emission reduction index of a certain military power station has reached the design requirements.
