摘要
针对Pro/Engineer(Pro/E)现有布线模块设计效率低、功能不完善的问题,利用Pro/E的二次开发工具Pro/TOOLKIT开发了Pro/E平台上的布线系统。首先介绍了Pro/E二次开发技术、布线系统的功能结构和布线流程;然后利用二次开发技术对模型管理、路径规划、干涉检查与调整、线缆信息输出关键技术进行研究,提出了收集布线特征创建骨架模型的模型管理方法,创建网络路径,驱动A*算法在网络路径中搜索最优路径完成布线的路径规划方法、线缆干涉检查调整和线缆信息输出策略,并开发了布线系统;最后通过实例验证了开发完成后的路径规划和干涉检查等功能。实际应用表明,新开发的布线系统能显著提高三维布线的效率,得到的线缆也较符合实际,具有较好的实用性。
        For the low efficiency of design and imperfect function in the current Pro/E cabling module,a cabling system was developed by using Pro/E secondary development tool Pro/TOOLKIT.The structure,wiring process and secondary development technologies was described,and technologies,such as model management,path planning,interference checking and information output of cables,were studied by using secondary development technologies.Furthermore,methods,such as collect wiring features and built skeleton model to management model,built network path and find appropriate route based on A* algorithm to planning path,strategy of interference adjustment and information output,were put forward to develop a cabling system.The functions such as path planning and interference checking after the secondary development were proved,the actual application showed that the efficiency of wiring was improved,the generated cable was similar to real by using the new cabling system and this system has a good practicability.
