摘要
为了解决某款车型变速器齿轮噪音,提高整车乘坐舒适性,通过传递路径贡献量分析,排查对该齿轮噪音传递贡献量较大部位为驱动半轴部位;然后对驱动半轴部位进行模态测试分析,发现驱动半轴模态频率与变速器齿轮啮合频率产生共振,放大齿轮啮合噪音,引起顾客抱怨,通过在驱动半轴增加动力吸振器,改变其动态特性,模态频率避开齿轮啮合频率,且共振峰值大大减小,有效避免模态频率与齿轮啮合频率共振,变速器齿轮啮合声压级降低8d B(A),改善效果明显。
        In order to resolve the transmission gear noise in certain vehicle type and to improve the amenity, contribution of TPA has been made and the investigation result shows that drive side shaft contributes the most to this gear noise. Through the model analysis of drive side shaft, we found that there is resonance between drive side shaft model frequency and transmission gear engagement frequency, which is amplified gear engagement noise and caused customer's complain. After adding one dynamic vibration absorber on drive side shaft, the dynamic characteristic was changed, which makes model frequency avoid gear engagement frequency. And that also the resonance peak value reduced a lot, which avoids the resonance between model frequency and gear engagement frequency. Finally, the SPL of transmission gear engagement noise decreased 8 d B(A), which shows a obvious improvement.
