女性复发性阿弗他溃疡患者心理状况研究
摘要
目的探讨复发性阿弗他溃疡女性患者的心理状况。方法选择2017年6月至2018年8月在该院口腔科就诊的70例复发性阿弗他溃疡妇女作为研究对象。使用中文版的口腔健康影响程度量表-14(OHIP-14)和抑郁-焦虑-压力量表-21(DASS-21)进行问卷调查,统计得分情况。结果女性复发性阿弗他溃疡患者的抑郁、焦虑和压力评分与OHIP-14总分呈正相关(r=0.742、0.814、0.621,P<0.05)。结论女性复发性阿弗他溃疡患者存在不同程度的抑郁、焦虑、压力等不良情绪,医护人员应关注其心理状态,促进疾病愈合。
