摘要
路桥施工项目中,传统的管理模式较为粗犷化,而实施精细化管理后,可以提高工程的质量、提高管理水平、降低成本、提高经济效益和社会效益,所以将精细化管理引入到路桥施工项目管理中,能够从根本上促进路桥施工项目的有效开展。本文中对精细化管理在路桥施工项目管理中的作用进行了详细的阐述,文中在开篇部分提出了路桥施工项目精细化管理的意义,接着从三个方面提出了桥梁工程施工项目精细化管理的作用,然后从几个方面列出了路桥施工项目精细化管理的实施措施,最后以案例分析的形式对研究内容做了实例说明,以不断的提高路桥施工项目的管理水平和质量水平,提高施工企业的核心竞争力。
In the road and bridge construction project, the traditional management mode is relatively crude, and after the implementation of refined management, the quality of the project and the management level can be improved, the cost can be reduced, and the economic and social benefits can be improved. Therefore, the introduction of the refined management to the management of road and bridge construction projects can fundamentally promote the effective development of road and bridge construction projects. In this paper, the role of refined management in the management of road and bridge construction projects is elaborated. In the opening part, the significance of the refined management of road and bridge construction projects is put forward, and then the role of the refined management of bridge construction projects is proposed from three aspects. Then the implementation measures of the refined management of road and bridge construction projects are listed from several aspects, and finally the examples of the research content in the form of case analysis are given,in order to continuously improve the management level and quality level of road and bridge construction projects and improve the core competitiveness of the construction company.
