摘要
在我国路桥工程建设持续发展的背景下,对桥梁施工的质量要求也越来越高,因此,为了确保桥梁施工的高质量完成,就必须重视施工工艺水平及技术水平的提高。随着科技的发展,预制T梁施工技术应运而生并在桥梁工程施工中应用的越来越普遍。虽然预制T梁施工技术的应用使得桥梁工程的安全性、美观性、经济性及耐久度大大的增强,但是也存在许多现实问题影响着预制T梁的施工质量,比如在模板施工、混凝土浇筑及养护等过程中如果出现处理不到位则就可能造成后续施工中产生许多质量问题,而且蜂窝、麻面和水纹等问题也是预制T梁施工中亟待解决的常见问题。鉴于此,本文作者结合工程实例对桥梁工程中预制T梁施工技术的应用进行详细的论述,以期为推动我国桥梁工程事业的快速稳定发展添砖加瓦。
Under the background of the continuous development of road and bridge construction in China, the quality requirements for bridge construction are getting higher and higher. Therefore, in order to ensure the high quality completion of bridge construction, it is necessary to pay attention to the improvement of construction technology level and technical level. With the development of science and technology, prefabricated T-beam construction technology emerged as the times require and is increasingly used in bridge construction.Although the application of prefabricated T-beam construction technology has greatly enhanced the safety, aesthetics, economy and durability of bridge engineering, there are also many practical problems affecting the construction quality of prefabricated T-beams. In the formwork construction, concrete pouring and and maintenance process, if the treatment is not in place, it may cause many quality problems in the subsequent construction, and the problems of honeycomb, pockmark and water ripple are also common problems in the construction of prefabricated T-beams. In view of this, this paper combines engineering examples to discuss the application of prefabricated T-beam construction technology in bridge engineering in detail, in order to promote the rapid and stable development of China's bridge engineering industry.
