低速小过载异步感应线圈炮的仿真研究

摘要
感应线圈炮分同步和异步感应线圈炮两大类。异步感应线圈炮不存在需要开关动作与抛体精确同步的问题,具有更为广阔的应用前景。对异步感应线圈炮进行仿真研究,主要有数值仿真和有限元仿真两种方法。文章采用仿真软件Ansoft对一种低速小过载(出口速度≥20m/s,过载<100g)的异步感应线圈炮进行了有限元仿真分析,分析结果满足设计要求,对异步感应线圈炮的设计优化及后期试验具有一定的指导意义。
        Induction coilgun is divided into two categories:synchronous and asynchronous induction coilguns.The asynchronous induction coilgun does not have the problem of precise synchronization between the switching action and the projectile,so it has a wider application prospect.There are two methods to simulate asynchronous induction coilgun:numerical simulation and finite element simulation.In this paper,the finite element simulation analysis of an asynchronous induction coilgun with low speed and small overload(exit velocity ≥ 20 m/s,overload <100 g) is carried out using the simulation software Ansoft,and the analysis results meet the design requirements.It has certain guiding significance for the design optimization and later stage test of asynchronous induction coilgun.
