产学研视阈下我国文化创意产业管理创新机制探究

摘要
随着经济文化全球化进程的推进,文化创意产业已经逐渐成为第三产业中的主导产业,对国民经济的发展产生着深远的影响。面对我国文化创意产业起步阶段的各种问题,提出具有中国特色的文化管理创新机制十分必要。文化创意产业的产学研结合,不仅需要选择合适的路径,还需要构建完整的文化创意产业管理创新机制。在充分把握文化发展规律的前提下,发挥政府的主导作用,通过企业、高校、科研结构三方面相结合,提出完善产业链、积极引进创新人才、降低投资门槛、完善法律法规等措施推动文化创意产业平稳发展。
In the process of economy and culture globalization,cultural and creative industries have gradually become the leading ones in the tertiary industry and have profound influence on the development of national economy.It is necessary to provide culture management innovation mechanism with Chinese characteristics when faced the various problems in the initial stage of the cultural and creative industries. The combination of production and research of the industries need proper ways as well as perfect mechanism. The paper suggests: under the premise of observing the law of cultural development,we should promote the smooth development of the cultural and creative industries with the government playing the leading role of it,providing a complete industrial chain,introducing talents on innovation,reducing the investment threshold,improving relevant laws and regulations through the combination of enterprises,universities and research institutions.
