摘要

DCS控制系统是集计算机技术、控制技术、网络技术为一体的高新技术产品,具有控制功能强大、操作简便和可靠性高等特点。论述了ABB的AC800F控制系统的特点、结构组成与实现方法,并对该系统在承钢钒制品厂实际应用进行了介绍。实践证明,ABB的AC800F控制系统组态方便、功能完善、将其成功应用于氧化钒工业生产中,提高了自动化水平,降低了劳动强度和生产成本,取得了明显的经济效益。
        The DCS control system is one high and newtechnological product,integrating computer,control and network as a whole,has characteristics of strong control function,simple operation and high reliability.It is stated the features,composition and realizing method of AC800 F control system of ABB,introduced its application in Cheng Steel. It is proved in practice that this system is convenient to compose,and has perfect function; if applied in vanadium oxide production,it can raise automation level,lower labor strength,reduce cost,and make great economic profit.
