空心钉内固定结合中药熏洗治疗复杂距骨颈骨折12例的临床观察

摘要
目的探讨内外侧联合切口空心钉内固定结合中药熏洗治疗复杂距骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法 12例复杂距骨颈骨折均采用Hawkins分型,采用内外侧联合切口空心钉内固定结合中药熏洗的方法。结果患者中Ⅱ型8例,Ⅲ型4例,随访2~4年,平均2.8年,均临床痊愈。结论内外侧联合切口空心钉内固定结合中药熏洗是治疗复杂的距骨颈骨折的有效方法之一。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hollow screw internal fixation combined with TCM fumigation in treatment of complex talar neck fractures. Methods 12 cases of talar neck fractures patients were adopted under Hawkins' typing method,and received hollow screw internal fixation combined with TCM fumigation. Results 8cases belonged to typeⅡ,4 cases belonged to type Ⅲ,after 2 to 4 years,on average of 2. 8 years' following-up,all the 12 cases were clinically cured. Conclusion Hollow screw internal fixation combined with TCM fumigation is an effective method in treatment of complex talar neck fractures.
