摘要

目的:探讨中药熏洗对足踝部闭合性骨折早期的消肿效果。方法:随机将90例足踝部闭合性骨折早期患者分为观察组(45例)和对照组(45例)。对照组采用抬高患肢、物理治疗及对症处理,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用中药熏洗。结果:观察组骨折后2周内,消肿效果较对照组明显,两组患者比较差异具有统计学意义。结论:中药熏洗对足踝部闭合性骨折早期具有良好消肿作用,能减轻患肢疼痛。
        Objective:To investigate detumescence effects of Chinese fumigation and washing on closed fractures of foot and ankle in early stage.Methods:90 early cases of closed fractures of foot and ankle were randomly divided into observation group(n=45) and control group(n=45).The control group was treated with raising affected limb,physical therapy and symptomatic treatment.The patients of observation group were given Chinese fumigation and washing basing on the control group.Results:The detumescence effects in observation group were more apparent than control group within 2 weeks after fractures.Compared detumescence effects between observation group and control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Chinese fumigation and washing have good detumescence effects on closed fractures of foot and ankle in the early stage,and ease the pain of affected limb.
