中药熏洗在足踝部闭合性骨折患者中的应用

摘要
目的:探讨评价足踝部闭合性骨折患者应用中药熏洗治疗的临床价值。方法:选取我院收治的70例足踝部闭合性骨折患者为研究对象,将所有患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组(在手法复位基础上配合中药熏洗治疗)和对照组(仅仅单独采用手法复位治疗),对比观察两组患者软组织损伤疗效以及治疗前后疼痛、肿胀、功能障碍及压痛等评分情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(100%)明显高于对照组(88.6%),差异对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者经治疗后,疼痛、肿胀、功能障碍及压痛等症状均有所改善,但观察组患者改善程度更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏洗在足踝部闭合性骨折中治疗中具有较高的应用价值,可有效修复软组织损伤,缓解患者肿胀、疼痛、功能障碍等症状,有利于促进患者尽早康复,值得在临床上进一步推广和应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of patients with closed ankle fractures of herbal fumigation treatment.Methods: 70 cases in our hospital with closed ankle fractures for the study,all patients were randomly divided into observation group( based on the manual reduction with herbal fumigation treatment) and the controlled group( only a single using manual reduction treatment),compared to patients with soft tissue injuries were observed before and after treatment efficacy as well as pain,swelling,and tenderness dysfunction score situation. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group( 100%) was significantly higher than the controlled group( 88. 6%),a statistically significant difference in comparison( P < 0. 05); groups of patients after treatment,pain,swelling,and tenderness dysfunction symptoms were improved,but the degree of improvement in the observation group were more significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The herbal fumigation has a high value in the treatment of closed fractures of foot and ankle,it can effectively repair of soft tissue injury,relieve swelling in patients with pain,dysfunction and other symptoms,and promote the rehabilitation of patients as soon as possible,it is worthy of further promotion and application.
