公体课教师身份认同危机及自我实现

摘要
运用问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法,对我国高校公体课教师的身份认同问题进行调查。发现公体课教师普遍存在身份认同危机,具体表现在自我定位的困惑、归属感弱、发展方向模糊及价值感消解几个方面,而应试教育的消极影响、频繁的学校体育改革的冲击、自身文化素养不足等是其身份认同危机的重要原因。认为学校要加强体育教育教学改革,实现对应试教育的超越和扬弃;公体课教师应树立正确的职业观;主动应对学校体育改革要求,选择正确的存在方式;加强专业实践和文化学习,全面提升个人素养。旨在为公体课教师更好地实现身份认同和体育教师事业的健康发展提供借鉴。
        By means of questionnaire survey,interviews and mathematical statistics,the identity of teachers of non-sports major students in China's universities is investigated.It is found that there is an identity crisis universally among teachers of non-sports major students,which is manifested in the confusion of self-orientation,weak sense of belonging,vague consciousness towards development and resolution of value sense.The negative impact of examination-oriented education,the frequent impact of reform in school sports,poor cultural literacy are important reasons for their identity crisis.It is believed in this study that universities should strengthen the teaching reform of physical education so as to realize the transcendence and abandonment of the corresponding exam-oriented education.Teachers of non-sports major students should establish the correct concept of occupation,take the initiative to respond to the reform of physical education,choose the right way of existence,strengthen professional practice and cultural study to enhance personal attainment.This study may hopefully serve as references for these teachers to realize their identity and for the healthy development of physical education teachers.
