通州区3225例儿童0-36月龄生长速率纵向研究

摘要
目的通过研究调查地区儿童的生长速率,为该地区儿童医疗保健机构今后开展有针对性的医疗保健服务提供参考依据。方法选取2012年10月1日—2014年12月31日期间在北京市通州区出生的符合条件的3225名儿童作为研究对象,描述其0～36月龄的生长发育现状及生长速率,并与WHO参考值进行比较。结果研究儿童的年龄别身长/高、年龄别体重和年龄别体质指数基本高于WHO参考值。身长/高和体重生长速率的变化特点为1岁以内快速下降,之后趋于平缓,与WHO参考值变化特点基本一致。研究地区儿童身长/高生长速率在3～5月龄、9～11月龄、18～23月龄和30～36月龄期间高于WHO参考值,体重生长速率在3～11月龄期间高于WHO参考值。结论通州儿童身长/高的生长状况较好,体重的增长需加以控制。
Objective This study provides health care workers references of implementing targeted children' s health care services in the future by studying the growth rate of children in the survey area. Methods 3225 children born in Tongzhou District of Beijing from October 1,2012 to December 31,2014 were enrolled. Physical development level and growth rate in 0-36 months were calculated and compared with WHO standards. Results Almost all the length/height-for-age,weight-for-age and body mass index-for-age of children in this research were higher than the WHO standards,respectively. The change of children's growth rate in this research was characterized by a rapid decline within one year old and then being flat,which was consistent with the trend of the WHO standards. The length/height growth rate were higher than the WHO standards during the age of 3～5 months,9～11 months,18～23 months and 30～36 months,and the growth rate of weight were higher than the WHO standards during 3～11 month. Conclusion The length/height growth of children in Tongzhou District is well,but the growth of weight needs to be controlled.
