摘要
目的利用茉莉酸甲酯、乙酰水杨酸等非生物诱导子诱导巴戟天中环烯醚萜苷类活性成分的生物合成,以提高巴戟天有效成分的含量,从而提高巴戟天的质量。方法基于巴戟天组培苗不定根的培养,利用非生物诱导子茉莉酸甲酯、水杨酸、乙酰水杨酸对巴戟天组培苗不定根进行诱导处理后,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对巴戟天不定根中的水晶兰苷、去乙酰车叶草苷酸进行含量测定。结果 0.8 mmol·L~(-1)的茉莉酸甲酯对巴戟天不定根诱导处理效果最佳,有利于巴戟天中水晶兰苷、去乙酰车叶草苷酸含量的积累。结论本研究初步筛查出0.8 mmol·L~(-1)的茉莉酸甲酯诱导效果优于其他非生物诱导子,能明显促进巴戟天中主要环烯醚萜类活性成分的积累,为巴戟天的优质栽培进一步奠定基础。
        OBJECTIVE To induce synthesis of active ingredient of monotropein and deacetyl asperuloside acid from Morinda officinalis How by using abiotic elicitor such as methyl jasmonate and acetylsalicylic acid,so as to increase Morinda officinalis How's effective component and its quality. METHODS Based on the culture of Morinda officinalis How's adventitious root,its roots were induced with abiotic elicitor-methyl jasmonate,salicylic acid and acetylsalicylic acid. And then HPLC method was used to determine the contents of monotropein and deacetyl asperuloside acid in adventitious root of Morinda officinalis How. RESULTS Methyl jasmonate of0.8 mmol·L-1had the best effect on the adventitious root of Morinda officinalis How,and promoted the accumulation of the content of monotropein and deacetyl asperuloside acid in Morinda officinalis How. CONCLUSION Methyl jasmonate of 0.8 mmol·L-1is better than other abiotic elicitor which could significantly promote the accumulation of monotropein and deacetyl asperuloside acid in Morinda officinalis How. The selection of the best abiotic elicitor has laid a foundation for further cultivation of Morinda officinalis How.
