摘要
目的优选巴戟天微型饮片切制工艺参数,探讨其是否适用于不同产地来源的巴戟天。方法以蒸制时间、饮片长度、饮片厚度、烘干温度为影响因素,以水晶兰苷、去乙酰车叶草苷酸、甲基异茜草素-1-甲醚、甲基异茜草素、耐斯糖的含量及出膏率、休止角为评价指标,采用正交试验优选巴戟天微型饮片切制工艺,并建立不同产地来源巴戟天微型饮片HPLC指纹图谱。结果巴戟天微型饮片最佳切制工艺为:常压蒸制软化30 min,切片长度3 mm,切片宽度1~2 mm,40℃烘干。结论巴戟天微型饮片软化切制工艺简单易行,具有良好的适用性。
        Objective To optimize cutting process for Morindae Officinalis Radix miniature decoction pieces; To investigate whether the cutting technology was suitable for Morindae Officinalis Radix from different producing areas. Methods Steaming time, length of decoction pieces, thickness of decoction pieces, and drying temperature were set as influencing factors, and the contents of crystal lanolin, deacetyl levulinic acid, methyl isophorin-1-methyl ether, methyl isophorin, nes sugar, and the rate of ointment and angle of repose were set as evaluation indexes. The orthogonal test was used to optimize the cutting process of Morindae Officinalis Radix miniature decoction pieces, and HPLC fingerprints of Morindae Officinalis Radix miniature decoction pieces from different producing areas were established. Results The optimal cutting process for Morindae Officinalis Radix miniature decoction pieces was steaming 30 min, then cutting into 3 mm length and 1–2 mm width, and the drying temperature was 40 ℃. Conclusion The optimal cutting process for Morindae Officinalis Radix miniature decoction pieces is easy to conduct, with good applicability.
