车床卡盘扳手安全防砸伤报警器

摘要
阐述了为普通车床设置安全保护装置的必要性,并进一步分析了卡盘扳手造成的安全事故的主观和客观因素。该设备通过金属触摸传感器检测车床夹头。当该模块与三爪卡盘接触时,信号被传送到Arduino的单片机发出警报。详细介绍了安全保护系统设计的工作原理和结构。
        In this paper, the necessity of setting up safety protection device for common lathe is expounded, and the subjective and objective factors of safety accident caused by chuck wrench are further analyzed. The device detects the lathe chuck through a metal touch sensor. When the module is in contact with the three-claw chuck, the signal is transmitted to the Arduino microcontroller to issue an alarm. The working principle and structure of the safety protection system design are introduced in detail.
