摘要
大型的多业态综合体建筑是城市可持续发展的产物,是城市集约化、立体化、绿色化发展趋势的集中体现。当前大型多业态综合体建筑往往成为资源消耗大户和室内环境关注的焦点,"十二五"期间,我国对大型公共建筑提出了全面执行绿色建筑的要求,高星级绿色建筑也逐渐涌现,那么多业态综合体建筑在进行绿色设计的过程中如何把控技术的适宜性,避免采用成本虚高的技术是当下多业态综合体绿色建筑规范化设计的前提。本文旨在通过对夏热冬暖地区的大型多业态综合体绿色建筑技术增量成本进行调研,在此基础上对多业态综合体绿色建筑应用技术的经济性进行分析。
Large-scale Multi-format complex building is the product of urban sustainable development, and a concentrated embodiment of the trend of urban intensive, three-dimensional, green development. At present, Large multi-format complex buildings tend to be a focus in the fields of resource consumption and indoor environment.During the "12th five-year plan" period, China has come up with the request of implementing green building technology in large public buildings, which is followed by a gradual emergence of a number of High-star green buildings, Therefor how to control the suitability of technology in the green design process of multi-format complex building comples and how to avoid adopting unnecessarily high-cost technology become the preconditions for the nomative design in multiformat complex green buildings. This paper aims to investigate the incremental cost of green building technology of large-scale multi-format complexe located in hot summer and warm winter climate zone, and on this basis, analyze the economy of green building technology applied to multi-format building complex.
