摘要
目的:探讨微信公众号服务对优化B超检查流程的作用。方法:建立超声科微信服务号,患者在门诊B超登记时扫描并关注公众号,关注后患者可获得检查预约时间、检查注意事项、报告获取的时间等信息。比较微信服务号建设前(2017年6—12月,对照组,n=500)与建设后(2018年1—6月,观察组,n=500)患者的预约爽约率、获取报告时间、就诊满意度以及微信公众号关注率和取消率。结果:自微信公众号服务建设以来,2018年1—6月的微信关注净增人数呈上升趋势,微信关注人数占检查人数的15.26%,取消关注人数占到总关注人数的22.23%。观察组爽约比例仅为1.05%,显著低于对照组的5.64%(P<0.05);对照组获得报告平均时间为(32.6±6.5)min,观察组为(20.8±5.2)min,观察组获得报告时间显著缩短(P<0.05);观察组的就诊满意度达到96.80%,显著高于对照组的84.40%(P<0.05);上述差异均有统计学意义。结论:B超检查患者通过关注微信公众服务号可以显著减少预约爽约率,缩短获取报告时间,提高就诊满意度,优化科室就诊秩序,提高诊疗质量。
        Objective: To explore the effect of WeChat public service on optimizing B ultrasound examination process. Methods:The service number of Ultrasound Department WeChat was established. The patients scanned and paid attention to the public number during the registration of B ultrasound in the outpatient clinic. After following WeChat public service, the patients could obtain information about the time of check-up appointment, the matters needing attention and the time of report acquisition. Comparing the appointment rate, reporting time, satisfaction with doctor and the rate of public attention and cancellation of WeChat service number before(June to December 2017, control group, n=500) and after(January to June 2018, observation group, n=500). Results: Since the construction of Wechat Public Number Service, the net increase of WeChat's attention from January to June 2018 is on the rise. The number of WeChat's attention accounted for 15.26% of the inspectors, and the number of people who canceled the attention accounted for 22.23% of the total attention. The rate of compliance in the observation group was only 1.05%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group(5.64%(P<0.05); the average reporting time in the control group was(32.6±6.5) minutes, while that in the observation group was(20.8±5.2) minutes, and the reporting time in the observation group was significantly shortened(P<0.05); The satisfaction rate in the observation group was 96.80%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(84.40%(P<0.05));The above differences were statistically significant. Conclusion: By following to WeChat Public Service Number, B ultrasonography can significantly reduce the rate of appointment breaking, shorten the time to obtain reports, and improve the satisfaction of patients. It has significant value for optimizing the order of department visits and improving the quality of diagnosis and treatment.
