摘要
分析城市轨道交通常规段场的布置形式、出入段线与车站的接轨方式,结合正线车站及段场的线站位布置方式,提出有利于段场物业开发价值最大化的段场与车站布置方案,并以广州地铁四南、陈头岗两个停车场的物业开发作为案例分析。
The conventional layout form of urban rail transit depot,the connection mode between depot entrance/exit line and station are analyzed. Combined with the layout of main line station and depot line station,a layout design of depot and station is proposed,which is favorable for depot upper-property development with maximum value. This layout design is ana-lyzed based on case studies of upper-property development at Sinan Depot and Chentougang Depot of Guangzhou metro.
