摘要
对比了铁素体区轧制工艺和常规轧制工艺产品力学性能、微观组织和表面质量。分析了生产中粗轧温度、终轧温度、卷取温度、退火温度及轧制润滑控制等对产品组织性能的影响。提出了铁素体区轧制工艺的控制要点,退火后产品可获得更有利的{111}织构,进而获得更优异的屈强比和塑性应变比。
        The differences of the mechanical properties,microstructure and surface quality of products rolled by ferrite zone rolling technology and normal austenite rolling technology were discussed.The effect of the temperatures of roughing rolling,finishing rolling,coiling and annealing temperature on the mechanical properties and microstructure of products were analyzed as well as the rolling lubrication technology.The control key points of ferrite zone rolling technology were put forward,and more favorable{111}crystal texture could be formed.Thus,the better yield ratio and plastic strain ratio could be obtained.
