摘要
针对不锈钢难加工的技术问题,通过分析国内外不锈钢切削加工的技术现状及不锈钢的可切削特性,归纳总结出影响不锈钢可切削性的关键因素,探讨了不锈钢切削专用可转位刀片构型的关键共性技术。介绍了新型可转位刀片的构型技术要点,可为难加工材料的高品质加工刀具开发提供参考。
Regarding the difficulties in cutting stainless steel,the critical factors affecting the machinability of stainless steel are summarized by analyzing the technology status of machining stainless steel and the cutting characteristics of stainless steel. And the key common technology of the special indexable insert geometry for cutting stainless steel is also investigated. Finally,the geometrical technology of new indexable inserts is introduced,which could be a reference for the development of high-quality machining tools for difficult-to-machine materials.
