摘要
本文研究了一种新的除尘技术—转动阳极电除尘技术。本文概述了转动阳极电除尘技术的技术背景,设计了不同于以往电除尘器的转动式阳极收尘系统及转刷清灰系统,详细介绍了转动阳极电除尘器各部分的结构及性能特点,分析研究了国内现有的工业实例。得出转动阳极电除尘器可广泛用于多种工业烟气的治理,能有效降低传统电除尘器难以克服的二次扬尘现象,最低限度减少极板粘灰,避免反电晕现象,实现了阴、阳极的优化匹配,可获得更高的除尘效率。
        This paper studies a new dust removal technology—rotary anode electric dust removal technology. The article introduced the technical background of rotary anode electric dust removal technology, designed rotary anode dust collection system and brush cleaning system which are different from previous electrostatic precipitators, explained the structure and performance characteristics of various parts of rotating anode electrostatic precipitator, and analyzed Researched domestic existing industrial examples. It can be concluded that the rotating anode electrostatic precipitator can be widely used in the treatment of various industrial flue gas, which can effectively reduce the secondary dust that is difficult to overcome by the traditional electrostatic precipitator, minimize the sticky ash of the plate, avoid the backcorona phenomenon, and achieve Optimum matching of cathode and anode can achieve higher dust removal efficiency.
