青光眼术后白内障患者应用超声乳化技术治疗对患者的临床症状及疗效的影响

摘要
目的:探讨超声乳化技术治疗青光眼术后白内障患者对其临床症状及疗效的影响。方法:随机将2014年1月～2017年1月接收的76例青光眼术后白内障患者分为两组(n=38),A组采用小切口白内障囊外摘除术治疗,B组采用超声乳化技术治疗,比较两组患者的眼压及视力改善效果。结果:两组患者治疗前的平均眼压对比无明显差异(P>0.05);B组治疗后各时段的平均眼压改善程度和视力水平明显优于A组,且其并发症发生率明显低于A组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:青光眼术后白内障患者采用超声乳化技术治疗,能有效控制患者的眼压,改善患者的视力,减少患者的并发症发生率,适合在临床上推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical symptoms and curative effect of phacoemulsification on patients with cataract after glaucoma surgery. Methods: A total of 76 patients with cataract after glaucoma surgery from January 2014 to January 2017 were randomly divided into two groups(n=38). Group A was treated with small incision extracapsular cataract extraction, and group B was treated with phacoemulsification. The improvement of intraocular pressure and visual acuity in two groups were compared. Results: There was no significant difference in the mean intraocular pressure between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). The improvement of the mean intraocular pressure and visual acuity in group B were significantly better than those in group A at all times after treatment, and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in group A, and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Phacoemulsification is effective for cataract patients after glaucoma surgery. It can effectively control intraocular pressure, improve vision and reduce the incidence of complications. It is suitable for clinical application.
