摘要
旋转套管固井是钻完井作业中提高套管固井质量最有效的手段之一。介绍了Tesco顶驱旋转套管固井工艺以及地面配套设备和井下套管固井附件;描述了Tesco旋转套管固井工艺在现场的施工。对采取常规固井方式的井和采取Tesco旋转套管固井工艺的井进行了固井质量的评估和对比,与常规固井工艺相比,旋转套管固井工艺在定向井和水平井中具有提高固井质量的优势。建议我国加快技术研发,尽快掌握旋转套管固井技术,提高固井质量。
The rotating casing while cementing is one of the most effective measurements those can improve cementing quality currently,this paper introduces introduces the Tesco's technology of rotating casing while cementing in details,including surface equipment and down hole casing cementing accessories;and a detailed operation description of the Tesco's technology of rotating casing while cementing on fields is provided at the same time,finally,evaluates and compares with thecement quality of the wells applied with conventional cementing and the wells applied with the Tesco's technology of rotating casing while cementing respectively,it shows that the technology of rotating casing while cementing has the more incomparable advantages than the conventional cementing technology in order to obtain the better cement quality of the directional wells and the horizontal wells.Recommendation has been proposed to accelerate the technology research and development to master the technology of the rotating casing while cementing in china and apply with it to the oil and natural gas development operations in domestic market as soon as possible.
