摘要
对低压永磁同步电动机不同转子磁路结构进行分析。与传统的电励磁同步电机相比,永磁同步电动机特别是稀土永磁同步电机优点甚多:首先,永磁同步电动机损耗少、效率高、节电效果明显;其次,永磁同步电动机结构简单、运行可靠。但转子磁路结构不同,则电动机的运行性能、控制系统、制造工艺和适用场所也不同。以一台55k W-4电机为例,结合Ansoft有限元分析,了解不同转子磁路结构的区别。
        The various rotor magnetic circuit structures of low-voltage PMSM are analyzed. Compared with the traditional electric excitation synchronous motor,PMSM especially for rare earth permanent magnet synchronous motor has a lot of advantages. In the first place,PMSM has small loss,high efficiency and obvious power saving effect. In the second place,PMSM has simple structure and reliable operation. However,the motors with different rotor magnetic circuit structure have different running performance,control system,manufacturing technology and applicable place. Therefore,combined with Ansoft finite-element analysis,this paper takes a 55 k W-4 motor as an example to give the difference among various rotor magnetic circuit structures.
