转套式配流系统与阀式配流系统性能对比研究

摘要
往复柱塞泵的结构体积、容积效率和脉动特性是其重要的性能指标,决定了柱塞泵在实际应用中的空间占用、机械效率、使用寿命和噪声产生等问题。针对传统往复柱塞泵采用的阀式配流系统与新型的转套式配流系统,在体积结构、压力脉动和容积效率3个方面进行对比研究。将两种配流系统设计为相同的额定输出流量、额定输出压力和额定工作转速,并将其体积进行比较,对转套式配流系统在Fluent软件中进行仿真,并将其脉动情况和容积效率与阀式配流系统进行对比分析。结果表明:转套式配流系统在结构体积和压力脉动方面均优于阀式配流系统,在额定工况下,转套式配流系统的容积效率较高,且表现稳定,当工作转速较大时,其容积效率急剧下降。
        The structure,volume,volumetric efficiency and pulsating characteristics of the reciprocating plunger pump are used as important performance indexes,which determine the space occupancy,mechanical efficiency,service life and noise generation of the piston pump in practical application. In this paper,the valve type orifice system used in the traditional reciprocating plunger pump is compared with the new type of rotating-sleeve distributing-flow system and the volume,structure,pressure pulsation and volumetric efficiency are analyzed. Under the equal conditions of rated output flow,rated output pressure and rated working speed,their volumes are compared. The rotating-sleeve distributing-flow system is simulated in the Fluent. Its pulsating characteristics and volumetric efficiency are compared with ones of the valve type orifice system. The results show that the rotating-sleeve distributing-flow system is superior to the valve type orifice system in structure,volume and pressure pulsation. Under the rated working conditions,the volume efficiency of the rotating-sleeve distributing-flow system is higher,and its performance is stable,but when the working speed is faster,its volumetric efficiency drops sharply.
