摘要
从母公司向子公司进行的知识转移出发,本文采用系统动力学方法,在将知识转移情境分成差异和相似两个视角后,分别选择制度差异和物理距离以及关系密切程度和知识相似程度,构建了转移情境影响母子公司知识转移的因果关系模型和系统流图。在此基础上,本文采用Vensim PLE软件就所构建的系统动力学模型进行了模型检验和灵敏度分析。研究发现,转移情境影响了母子公司的知识转移,制度差异和物理距离不利于母子公司的知识转移,关系密切程度和知识相似程度有利于母子公司的知识转移。研究结果可以为企业准确把握转移情境,促进母子公司知识转移提供建议。
        With the knowledge transfer from parent company to subsidiary,based on the transfer context divided into different and similar perspectives,and respectively selecting institutional difference and physical distance,relation closeness degree and knowledge similarity degree,the paper uses the method of system dynamics to construct causal relationship model and system flow diagram about the effect of transfer context on knowledge transfer from parent company to subsidiary. Based on this,the paper conducts the model test and sensitivity analysis on the system dynamics mode through the Vensim PLE software. The study finds that transfer context has the effect on knowledge transfer from parent company to subsidiary; institutional difference and physical distance both hinder knowledge transfer from parent company to subsidiary; relation closeness degree and knowledge similarity degree both promote knowledge transfer from parent company to subsidiary. The research results can provide advices for enterprises to promote the knowledge transfer from parent company to subsidiary by grasping transfer context properly.
