摘要
粪大肠菌群是衡量水体粪便污染的一项重要指标,其在地表水的水质监测与评价中发挥着十分重要的作用。利用准确且迅速的粪大肠菌群监测方法可对流行病的控制及传播产生十分积极的作用。本文主要分析了粪大肠菌群酶底物法在环境监测中的应用,希望能够给予业内一定的帮助。
Fecal coliform is an important indicator of water fecal pollution, which plays a very active role in monitoring and evaluating water quality of surface water. Accurate and rapid monitoring of fecal coliform bacteria can play a very positive role in the control and transmission of epidemics. This paper mainly analyzed the application of fecal coliform enzymatic substrate method in environmental monitoring, hoping to give some help to the industry.
