口腔颌面部肿瘤患者术后疾病体验的质性研究

摘要
目的为深入了解口腔颌面部肿瘤患者术后的各种疾病体验,探讨患者术后常见需求,展开具有人性化的护理服务,提高患者术后的生活质量。方法采用现象学研究法,通过焦点访谈,对10位术后的口腔颌面部肿瘤患者进行访谈,并记录访谈内容。结果口腔颌面部肿瘤患者的疾病体验可概括为对疾病和治疗的体验、对口腔功能康复的体验、对社会交往的体验。不同阶段的体验重点不同,且普遍存在对自身外观的担忧及对术后口腔功能恢复的疑惑。结论口腔颌面部肿瘤患者在手术后缺乏应有的口腔功能康复指导及心理支持,通过各种方法提供口腔颌面部肿瘤患者康复指导、加强心理及社会支持,对促进患者疾病的恢复及提高患者术后生活质量有着重要意义。
Objective To fully understand the post surgical apprehension of oral and maxillofacial tumor patients, explore postoperative common needs of patients, develop humanistic nursing services and improve postoperative quality of life. Methods Phenomenological method was used to interview 10 postoperative patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors and to record the content of the interview. Results The experience of the patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors can be summarized as the experience of disease and treatment, the experience of the rehabilitation of the oral function, and the experience of social communication. The apprehension of different stages is different, and there is a general concern about the appearance of their own and the recovery of the postoperative oral function. Conclusion Patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors lack oral functional rehabilitation guidance and psychological support. Through a variety of methods for the rehabilitation of patients with oral and maxillofacial tumor guidance, strengthen the psychological and social support, is of great significance to promote the recovery of patients and improve the quality of life of patients after operation.
