自体脂肪移植在面部年轻化及轮廓重塑中的临床应用效果观察

摘要
目的探讨自体脂肪移植在面部年轻化及轮廓重塑中的应用效果。方法在2015年1月—2017年1月来我院行自体脂肪移植治疗的求美者中选取34例,对所有求美者的临床资料作分析。结果 34例求美者中有23例求美者行一次自体脂肪移植治疗后,获得较优的效果;8例求美者行2~3次治疗后,获得较优的效果。结论对求美者行自体脂肪移植治疗,可使面部得到适当的填充,所有求美者在术后均未发生排斥反应,具有较高的安全性,临床效果较稳定,自体脂肪移植术是一种理想、安全、有效的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the effect of autologous fat transplantation on facial rejuvenation and contour remodeling.Methods From January 2015 to January 2017,34 patients who were treated with autologous fat transplantation in our hospital were selected,and the clinical data of all the patients seeking beauty were analyzed.Results Among the 34 cases of beauty seeking,23 cases were treated with autologous fat transplantation after treatment,and the best results were achieved.8 cases of beauty seeking patients received 2 to 3 times treatment,and achieved better results.Conclusion For the United States for autologous fat transplantation,can make the face properly filled,all in the United States who had no postoperative rejection,higher safety,clinical effect is stable,autologous fat transplantation is an ideal,safe and effective treatment method.
