摘要
为有效解决轮胎轮廓工程图尺寸标注繁琐且不规范的问题,提出一种自动标注方法。首先以轮胎轮廓工程图为对象,将图中圆弧和直线作为基本单元进行图元提取并将其分为胎冠部、胎面基部和胎侧部弧度曲线集合,进而调用CATIA内部标注函数对提取的预标注图元集合进行半径、弧长和线性标注,最后分别分析视图外部横向和纵向标注尺寸以及视图内部圆弧尺寸标注,判断尺寸之间干涉情况,运用模糊布局算法对干涉尺寸偏移一定距离以达到尺寸合理布局的目的。应用结果表明,该方法能够高效、稳定、准确地对轮胎轮廓工程图进行自动尺寸标注及布局。
        In order to solve the problems in the tire contour engineering drawing,such as complicated labeling process and non-standard use of the label,an automatic labeling method was proposed. First,taking tire contour engineering drawing as object,the arc and line from the drawing were extracted as basic units,and grouped into crown,base tread and sidewall curve sets. Then,the radius,arc length and linearity were labeled by using the CATIA internal labeling function. Finally,the external horizontal and vertical dimension lines and the internal circular dimension lines of the view were analyzed to evaluate the interference between the dimensions,and the fuzzy layout algorithm was used to move the interfered dimension lines at a certain distance in order to achieve reasonable dimension line layout. The application results showed that the method could automatically dimension and layout the tire contour engineering drawing efficiently,stably and accurately.
