摘要
针对常规方法已不能满足滚子多样化廓形应力分析的问题,提出了一种自定义滚子廓形的Romax分析方法。首先在CAD中绘制廓形曲线,生成图片格式后导入Det Data,描绘坐标点生成text文件。在Romax中建立模型后导入坐标点文件,生成自定义滚子轮廓进行分析。分析结果后若对凸度量不满意可返回Get Data修改坐标轴范围,若对廓形不满意可返回CAD重新绘制曲线再次分析。该方法建模简单,分析快捷,十分方便。
In view of the problem that the conventional method can not satisfy the stress analysis of the roller diversity profile, a Romax analysis method of the user-defined roller profile is proposed. First, drawing the profile curve in the CAD, generating the picture format and importing the Det Data, and describing the coordinate point to generate the text file. After the model is established in Romax, the coordinate point file is imported, and the profile of the custom roller is generated for analysis. After the analysis of the results, if the convex metric is unsatisfactory, the range of the coordinate axis can be modified by Get Data. If the profile is not satisfied, the redrawing curve can be redrawn again and be analyzed again by the CAD. This method is simple in modeling, fast in analysis and very convenient.
