摘要
脑肠轴是中枢神经系统与胃肠道功能相互作用的双向调节轴,是联络中枢神经系统、肠神经系统、神经内分泌和免疫系统的双向作用通路,对胃肠动力的调节十分重要。有研究表明,在某些胃肠功能性疾病的发生发展过程中,脑肠轴的异常变化都与其密切相关,因此探索两者之间的相关性,这对于临床上胃肠道疾病的治疗和预防都具有一定的指导意义。目前,中医药对相关胃肠功能性疾病的防治发挥着重要作用,其对肠肽的调节机制也逐渐被证实,现就将有关脑肠轴理论与其对胃肠动力的指导作用作一综述。
        There is a complex bidirectional adjusting shaft between the Brain and intestine, so it is called brain-gut axis. The brain-gut axis is the interactional two-way regulating shaft of the central nercous system and gastrointestinal function. It contacts not only the enteric nervous system and the central nervous system but also neuro, endocrine and immune system. As a result, it is very important for the regulation of gastrointestinal dunamics.Studies have shown that abnormal changes in the brain-gut axis are closely related to the development of certain types of gastrointestinal functional disorders. Therefore,the action of exploring the correlation has a certain guiding significance for the clinical treatment and prevention of clinical gastrointestinal diseases.Nowadays, the traditional Chinese medicine is playing an important role in regarding gastrointestinal disease, and it's regulatory mechanism of the brain gut peptide has been gradually confirmed. Now this article makes a brief summary of the gut axis theory and gastrointestinal motility.
