摘要
水电站水轮发电机组在检修安装结束后,由于安装工艺、大轴加工误差以及旋转部件的质量轻微不平衡需要机组整体轴线进行测量和调整。二台子电站作为国内高转速(750 r/min)的水轮发电机组,机组轴线的精度要求标准高,调整难度较大;在实际检修安装过程中,经深入探索找出了一种高效、高质量的轴线调整方法,既缩短了机组的检修安装时间,又为安全运行提供了保障。
        After the overhaul and installation of the hydro-turbine generator unit,measurement and adjustment of the overall axis of the unit are usually necessary due to the installation process,machining error of the large shaft,and slight mass imbalance of the rotating components. For the high speed( 750 r/min) hydro-turbine units in Ertaizi Hydropower Station,the accuracy requirement on the unit axis is much higher and the adjustment is thus much difficult. Based on practical experience,an effective and high-quality axis adjustment method is developed,which could reduce the unit overhaul time and also ensure the safe operation of the unit.
