摘要
在刘家峡排沙洞扩机工程中,立式水轮发电机组转子与上端轴连轴完成后,因设备在制造过程中不能完全与理论值一致而出现偏心现象,使机组轴线与理论中心线出现偏差,导致机组在盘车过程中摆度超过规范及设计允许值。通过现场监测和几何推算,决定利用0. 01~0. 15mm铜垫找平。经处理,消除了因摆度过大给机组可能造成的隐患。实际运行效果对比的结果证明:加垫后机组的运行状况与正常机组没有区别,该方法可为解决同类问题提供借鉴。
In Liujiaxia Sand Discharge Tunnel Expander Project,the eccentricity phenomenon occurs because the equipment could not be completely consistent with the theoretical value in the manufacturing process after the completion of connecting the rotor and the upper shaft of the vertical water turbine generator set,thereby leading to deviation between the unit axis and the theoretical center line,and resulting in unit ferry beyond standard and design allowable value during the turning process. It is decided to use 0. 01 ~ 0. 15 mm copper pad for leveling through field monitoring and geometric calculation.The possible hidden danger to the unit due to excessive ferry is eliminated through the treatment. The comparison results of actual operation results shows that there is no difference between the operation of the padded unit and that of the normal unit. The method can be used for reference to solve similar problems.
