摘要
由于FANUC传统刀具寿命是基于主轴交换刀具次数进行计数的,无法自动识别刀具是否参与切削,所以空切削会造成刀具寿命的无效计数,使刀具没有到达实际寿命而更换。基于切削次数的刀具寿命管理,是通过实时扭矩和空载扭矩的导数和积分比较,自动识别切削并进行刀具寿命计数的功能,它可以有效避免无效计数,使刀具得到充分利用。
Because the traditional tool life of FANUC is counted based on the number of tools exchanged by spindle,it can not automatically identify whether the tool is cutting or not,so the blank cutting will result in the invalid count of tool life,and the tool will be replaced without reaching the actual life. Tool life management based on cutting times is a function of automatic recognition of cutting and counting by comparing real-time torque and no-load torque. It can effectively avoid invalid counting and make full use of the tool.
